In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "on14t," "we," "us," "our" refers to the on14t platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities responsible for the delivery of services at on14t.net.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with on14t or who accesses on14t's services in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the on14t website at on14t.net and all related sub-domains, mobile applications, and browser-based access points through which on14t services are delivered.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting products, live dealer games, fishing games, promotional offers, customer support, and payment processing facilities made available through on14t.
• "Funds" refers to any Pakistani Rupees (PKR) held in a Player's on14t wallet balance, including both real-money deposits and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other incentives granted by on14t to a Player's account under the conditions of a specific promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by on14t prior to processing withdrawals, during which Players must provide valid identity documentation including a Pakistani CNIC.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn as real money.

By accessing the on14t platform, creating a Player account, making a deposit, or utilising any of the Services offered by on14t, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You have read and accept on14t's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
• You have read and accept on14t's Responsible Gaming Policy, which forms part of your obligations as an on14t account holder.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party in operating your on14t account.

These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous version of the on14t User Agreement and constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between on14t and the Player with respect to the use of the Services.

To be eligible to register and maintain a Player account with on14t, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which you use the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from on14t or from any gambling regulatory authority to which on14t's operations are subject.
• You are not prohibited from accessing gambling services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You have not previously had an on14t account closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of on14t or its associated operators.

on14t verifies player age and identity through the KYC process conducted prior to first withdrawal. Provision of false identity information, including false age declaration, is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on on14t. The creation of multiple accounts by a single Player ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions regardless of whether the accounts are registered under different mobile numbers, payment methods, names, or devices.

When registering an on14t account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number to which you have sole access and which is capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• A valid and unique email address (where required during registration).
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Your accurate residential address in Pakistan.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any registration information changes after your account is created, you must update your account details promptly or notify on14t support via Live Chat. on14t accepts no liability for consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

on14t reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your on14t account credentials, including your password, one-time passwords (OTPs), and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must:

• Choose a password of sufficient complexity — a minimum of 10 characters including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and at least one special character is strongly recommended.
• Never share your on14t login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or anyone offering to manage your account on your behalf.
• Log out from your on14t session at the conclusion of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify on14t immediately via Live Chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where possible to add an additional layer of security to your on14t account.

on14t accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials. Any activity conducted using your on14t account credentials is treated as activity conducted by you and remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified on14t of a credential compromise.

All financial transactions on on14t are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). on14t supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (for cryptocurrency transactions).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 100 per transaction.
• Deposit funds are credited to your on14t wallet balance promptly following confirmation from the payment processor. Standard processing time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits is under 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another individual — are prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the account being flagged for review.
• on14t reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500 per transaction (or the equivalent in USDT).
• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification, including submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit unless on14t approves an alternative method in writing.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and up to 2 business hours for bank transfers, subject to verification status.
• on14t reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification, AML review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity.
• Any funds derived from bonus wagering that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

on14t offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and VIP-tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players who have completed the minimum required deposit for the relevant promotion, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the on14t platform, including cricket betting (PSL, international T20s, Test matches, ODIs), UFC, football, and all other sports markets:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on on14t are subject to acceptance by on14t's sportsbook system. on14t reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to exploit pricing errors or that exceed applicable betting limits.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time up to the moment of bet acceptance confirmation. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted may differ from the final accepted odds where significant market movements occur during the submission process. Players will be notified if their bet is accepted at different odds.
• Void Bets: Bets are voided where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; where on14t determines that a pricing error occurred; or where circumstances outside on14t's control prevent the determination of a fair result. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake to the Player's on14t wallet.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of on14t's trading desk. In-play bets placed on events for which the outcome is already known or reasonably determinable at the time of placement are void and will be refunded.
• Settlement: Markets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL results). on14t reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results where there is any dispute or ambiguity.
• Cricket-Specific Rules: For PSL and other cricket markets, all listed conditions (number of overs, team participation, match format) must be completed as stated for bets to stand. Matches reduced in overs by weather or other interruptions are settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method or declared void where DLS is not applicable, in accordance with the rules of the relevant governing body.

All casino games offered on on14t — including slots, live dealer games, table games, fishing games, and crash games — operate in accordance with the following rules and principles:

• Random Number Generation: All on14t casino games that do not involve live dealer interaction utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by on14t's game providers are independently audited for fairness and randomness.
• Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical RTP percentage for each slot game is published within the game information panel accessible from the game lobby. Actual returns in any individual session will vary from the theoretical RTP, which represents long-run statistical averages over millions of rounds.

• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. Results in live dealer games are determined by the physical actions of the dealer (card dealing, wheel spinning) and are final once confirmed by the dealer and the game system. Technical issues occurring during live rounds that interrupt the outcome will result in the round being voided.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game has minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary depending on a Player's account tier and any applicable temporary adjustments.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on on14t and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with on14t's games, betting markets, or platform features on your behalf.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinated sports betting patterns.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, game bugs, or pricing anomalies to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering through on14t's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or that belong to a third party.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion, claiming multiple welcome bonuses, or bypassing account restrictions.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with on14t.
• Accessing on14t from a jurisdiction in which access to the Services is prohibited under applicable local law.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward on14t staff or other Players via on14t's communication channels.

on14t is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Pakistani players with the tools and information needed to make informed decisions about their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all on14t accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly net loss limits. When a loss limit threshold is reached, further gameplay resulting in losses within the relevant period is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. Session time reminders are displayed at the interval specified by the Player.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reality checks that display elapsed session time and net win/loss figures at specified intervals during gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion from their Account Settings or by contacting on14t support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the account is inaccessible for all gambling activities, and on14t will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Players.
• Account Closure: Any Player who wishes to permanently close their on14t account may do so by contacting support. Remaining balances will be returned to the Player after deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus funds, following completion of KYC verification.

All content, software, design elements, game assets, text, graphics, logos, icons, imagery, audio recordings, video content, and other materials displayed on or forming part of the on14t platform (collectively, "on14t Content") are the intellectual property of on14t, its licensors, or game content providers. All rights in on14t Content are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use on14t Content solely for the purpose of using the Services as a registered Player, subject to these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any on14t Content or platform software.
• Distribute, sell, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit on14t Content in any form.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices included in on14t Content.
• Use any automated means to extract, scrape, or systematically download on14t Content, including odds data, game information, or pricing data.

The on14t name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of on14t. Unauthorised use of on14t's trademarks or brand elements is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, on14t's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Services — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

on14t shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following types of loss, regardless of whether on14t was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or business information.
• Indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on information, odds, or predictions published on or in connection with the on14t platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, platform unavailability, or interruptions to the Services that are outside on14t's reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including access restrictions, account closures, or bonus forfeitures resulting from a breach.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit on14t's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

on14t reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account for any illegal purpose.
• Failure to provide required KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by on14t.
• Discovery that the Player provided false information during registration or during any KYC process.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Evidence of multiple accounts held by the same Player.
• Regulatory requirement, court order, or instruction from a relevant government or licensing authority.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or use of automated systems in contravention of these Terms.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms and Conditions, on14t reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account at the time of closure, including both real-money deposits and bonus funds. Where closure occurs for reasons other than a breach — such as regulatory requirement or Player-initiated closure — remaining real-money balances will be returned to the Player following verification, less any non-withdrawable funds.

Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a formal complaint to on14t's support team at the contact details provided in Section 17 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to on14t's jurisdiction of incorporation and licensing, as well as applicable international gaming standards.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and on14t, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to on14t's support team via email at [email protected] or via Live Chat, providing full details of the dispute including account information, dates, and amounts involved. on14t commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.

Players agree to engage in the internal complaint and escalation process in good faith before pursuing any external or legal remedies.
